REFUND POLICY

DVDs are NOT returnable unless a product is damaged or defective, in which case it may be returned in exchange for a replacement copy.

Damages or defects must be reported immediately. Claims made 15 days or more following postmark date will not be honored. Customers are
responsible for the cost of return shipping.

DVDs are not returnable once their packaging or outer wrapping has been opened.

Postage on return of damaged or defective goods must be prepaid at the returner's expense.If there are any questions about returns, feel
